Heat oven to 180 °C (fan forced).
Take the seafood pie and charred broccoli out of the fridge.
Place ciabatta (leave in foil) in oven for 15 minutes, then slice with bread knife as needed.

Break open the burrata to expose the soft cheese goodness and drizzle with lemon oil
and fermented chilli.
Place burrata over the grilled zucchini and mint. Serve rye crostini on the side.
SPINACH AND RICOTTA ROTOLO
Remove lid and heat for 15-25 minutes or until warmed through to serve.

Once ciabatta and rotolo is out of the oven, place the pie on a baking tray/dish and cook
with the lid off for 30- 45 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown.
A F T E R 30 M I N U T E S . . .
Place the charred broccolini in the oven with the lid removed to warm through
Serve the fish pie in the foil container as is, or portion out to your guests as required.
